This flat foot base adds stability to the Adonis™ so you can safely perform any exercise. All Adonis™ configurations need some kind of lateral support, so if your desired setup doesn't provide that, make sure you add a base. For example, it is necessary for a stand-alone Adonis™ or a single-sided Adonis™ - With Storage configuration.
