Bundle GHD

This is great quality piece of machinery! Very solid and sturdy. I weight about 190lbs and it doesn’t move at all. Finish is great as well. Only problem I have is I wish the pads were a little softer but other than that very minor aspect this thing rocks! Also it’s cheaper than every other big fitness brand.

These pads worked great for my old Body Solid GHD. The original pads on that thing were awful. I knew the mounting holes would not line up so I ordered threaded inserts and bolts so I could drill new holes and mount it.

I emailed rep to confirm the bolt sizes they used and they responded quickly and were helpful as always. Get these pads if you need new ones. They are a major upgrade!

This is an excellent piece of equipment. It is solidly built and feels like it will hold up. I searched around and this seemed like the lowest price for nice GHD's, but the quality is there. I feel comfortable swinging my weight around on this and it doesn't budge (I'm 180lbs).

The whole frame is solid metal, but there are a couple peg caps that are plastic. One of them arrived broken and they sent me a new one right away.

Do you need a GHD bench? I'm an ultramarathoner and I have weak hamstrings. I've only used it a couple of times and they already feel stronger. It's hard to find a better way to work your hamstrings, and it feels a lot safer than deadlifts. It's also great for core strengthening. It's big and expensive, but I think it's worth it.
