Leg Extension & Leg Curl Bench Attachment Cable Kit

The Leg Extension & Leg Curl Bench Attachment is compatible with the REP® Nighthawk™ - Adjustable Bench, 

BlackWing™ Adjustable Bench, and ZeroGap® - AB-5000 Adjustable Bench with both the standard and wide bench pads.

Resistance Options
REP x Dialed Motion attachment: Only sectorized cable resistance with the built-in cable retractor.
REP variant: Three resistance options (plate loaded, resistance bands, cable). Users can choose to mix and match or use all three at once for the REP variant.

Exercises
REP x Dialed Motion attachment: 3 lower body movements (leg extensions, prone leg curls, as well as seated leg curls) 

REP variant: 2 lower body movements (leg extension and prone leg curl)

Storage

REP x Dialed Motion attachment: Not free standing and requires a rack mount or wall mount storage holder when not in use.
REP variant: Equipped with a wheeled base for maneuverability and free-standing storage.

REP variant: Compatible with the REP® Nighthawk™ - Adjustable Bench, BlackWing™ Adjustable Bench, and ZeroGap® - AB-5000 Adjustable Bench with both the standard and wide bench pads.

Adjustable Handles
REP x Dialed Motion attachment: Has adjustable knurled handles that can be set based on the desired exercise (final positions TBD).
REP variant: Has fixed rubber coated handles.

No, this attachment cannot be used as a freestanding leg extension/leg curl machine.

You can perform leg extension and leg curl variations, decline sit-ups, and decline bench.

Yes, only one person is needed for installation. Unboxing and product assembly is estimated to take 1-2 hours. All the tools you need will be included.

The total weight capacity of the attachment is 250lbs. You can combine all three resistance options if they do not exceed 250lbs. The starting weight is 12.7lbs.

The Leg Extension & Leg Curl Bench Attachment has an optional Cable Kit that allows you to connect your attachment directly to any cable machine in addition to the built in weight horns.

Disconnect the top cable attachment point when using only weight plates and/or resistance bands and storing the coiled cable. This prevents the machine from pulling on the coiled cable and causing it to jam.

Considering you can only mount a Smith machine on the inside of your rack with a cable machine, the cable trolleys are still accessible and can be attached via the cable connection kit.

Yes. You can make sizing adjustments while the cable machine is attached.

The cable kit is attached directly to the Leg Extension & Leg Curl Bench Attachment. The cable can be coiled up and stowed away inside the cable housing. Disconnect the top cable attachment point when using only weight plates and/or resistance bands and storing the coiled cable. This prevents the machine from pulling on the coiled cable and causing it to jam.

Band resistance: 2 bands are recommended, but you can utililze different bands on each side depending on your desired tension.
Plate resistance: Yes, plates can be loaded unevenly depending on your desired weight.

Structural welds on attachments and frames have a lifetime warranty*. Upholstery (pads) have a 30-day warranty. Pop-pins, pulleys, bearings, and cables have a 1-year warranty.
